If you are interested in investing in a property
in Dubai or Bahrain and want to find out more, you can come on one
of our tailor made inspection trips. You can spend between 3 and 7
days with one of our experienced property advisers who can show you
the properties available.
The itinerary of our inspection trips is very flexible, as they are
always one to one so that we can show you the things that you are
most interested in.
NPEAKS arranges inspection trips to properties in Dubai /
Bahrain. We are also available to accompany you should you decide to
make alternative travel arrangements.

All the trips include having an experienced Dubai
/ Bahrain property specialist on hand who has access to the widest
range of properties to offer you. The trips are personal and tailor
made so you will only see properties that you are interested in,
that are within your budget and suit your needs. We guarantee a one
to one inspection trip and will not group you together with other
clients.
We leave it up to you to decide how much time you want to spend with
us: we can either accompany you for much of the trip or if you would
like some time to explore the area on your own that’s easily
arranged.
Should you buy a property as a result, the entire trip is cost
free i.e. we shall reimburse your expenses towards return air
tickets, visa and accommodation (room charges) costs.
If you don’t find the property you are
looking for on the trip, which most of our customers do, we will ask
for just AED 2000/- per person per day towards the cost of the trip.

advisers are available to meet you. We shall provide you the
